WebEx requires 32-bit Java and Firefox to work.
 
on Mint I installed 32-bit firefox by
apt-get remove firefox
apt-get install firefox:i386
 
Install a 32-bit Java JVM and create link
$ ls -la .mozilla/plugins/libnpjp2.so 
.mozilla/plugins/libnpjp2.so -> /home/mwoytowitz/apps/webex/java/lib/i386/libnpjp2.so
