check scan
sudo clamdscan --fdpass, wait for 2-4 minutes

to enable OnAccess scan:
sudo vi /etc/clamav/clamd.conf

OnAccessExcludeRootUID yes

to run OnAccess scan.
sudo clamonacc --fdpass
