Taking advantage of the technology behind Google AdWords, this method identifies potential ISIS recruits through their Google searches and exposes them to curated YouTube videos debunking ISIS recruiting themes. Apply this method to Russian propaganda. Includes Monetize centrist SEO by subsidizing the difference in greater clicks towards extremist content.
